In requesting a reservation with Stonehenge Touring Park you are agreeing to the following:

Bookings (excluding cabins) for 2 or more nights – a deposit totalling 50% of the booking is required. Balance will then be payable 1 week before arrival.
Bookings (excluding cabins) for 1 night and for stays that are booked within 1 week of arrival – payment in full is required at the time of the booking confirmation.
Bookings (excluding cabins) for public/bank holiday weekends and for the dates 18th-22nd June, the pitch fees due are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Bookings are NOT transferable (unless Covid guarantee related).
Bookings (excluding cabins) for a 3 day public/bank holiday weekend (Saturday, Sunday & Monday) our minimum booking is for 2 nights and on a 4 day public/bank holiday weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday) our minimum booking is for 3 nights. Bookings for the Summer Solstice at Stonehenge must be a minimum of 2 nights and must include the night of 21st June.
Bookings for our cabins are available for either 3 nights, Friday to Monday or 4 nights, Monday to Friday. Payment in full is required at time of booking.
Cancellation of cabin, due to limited availability of the cabins, there will be no refund.
Cancellation (excluding cabins) of a 1 night booking more than 14 days prior to arrival, will incur a £5 fee and the balance refunded. If the cancellation is made with less than 14 days of arrival then there will be no refund.
Cancellation (excluding cabins) of paid in full bookings more than 14 days prior to arrival, will incur a £5 per night fee and the balance refunded. If the cancellation is made with less than 14 days of arrival then there will be no refund.
No show or failure to arrive on the pre booked day and time will result in the booking being forfeited with no refund.
A reservation has not been accepted until a deposit or payment is made and a confirmation email has been sent showing the dates booked and the payments made.
An arrival time is requested on acceptance of the booking, if you do not arrive by this agreed time or do not inform us prior to this time then the pitch and booking will be forfeited with no refund given.
Pitches (excluding cabins) are available from 12 pm (noon) and must be vacated by 11 am on your departure day.
Cabins are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 11am on your day of departure.
We cater primarily for family holidays but do allow single-sex groups, over 18 years of age, at our discretion.
Latest arrival time will be 9 pm or at dusk, whichever is the sooner, please ask about this time when booking.
All guests and visitors must report to reception on arrival.
In the event that you decide to vacate your pitch early i.e., before your due leaving date, no refund will be paid.
Reservations can only be made by persons over 18 years of age and who are a member of the camping party.
Special Requests (e.g., for adjacent pitches). These cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to satisfy them.
Generators of any description are noisy and therefore NOT permitted to be used.
All tents, caravans, motorhomes, cars and other vehicles are parked entirely at the visitor’s risk. The proprietors take no responsibility for any loss or damage to any tent or vehicle and their contents.
Any person who, in the view of the proprietors, causes undue disturbance or fails to keep dogs under control will be asked to leave. Refunds will not be given.
The Park is security protected by CCTV, by entering these premises you are agreeing to their use.
